Nichushkin To Be Welcomed Back With "Open Arms", And Part II Of Avs Camp Memories

Before I take another detour down memory lane, here is the official Avalanche 2024 training camp roster. Camp starts tomorrow at Family Sports Center, 9 a.m. It’s open and free to the public.

A couple notes: While Valeri Nichushkin is on the camp roster, he will not be participating. He remains under suspension without pay by the NHL for being in phase 3 of the league and NHLPA’s player assistance program. Artturi Lehkonen (shoulder rehab) and Gabe Landeskog (knee) also are not expected to be on the opening-night roster. Both they are both “in” camp and might participate in some ways.
