Dater: Looks Like Chris MacFarland Aced The Deadline
What a difference Mittelstadt has made
A lot of hockey left to be played, of course. Injuries could happen, some other unfortunate thing. Yadda. But if this Avs team stays reasonably healthy, I definitely like them to win the next Stanley Cup. I’m not PREDICTING they will, of course, because then the DaterJinx could get involved and nobody here wants that, yeah?
But I like their chances. Certainly, I like them a lot more after the NHL trade deadline. The job Chris MacFarland did at the deadline is starting to look like a carbon copy of the wizardry pulled off by Joe Sakic in 2022.
