Cale Makar Is A Hockey God

He almost single-handedly won a game for the Avalanche tonight

When I met Cale Makar in Amherst, Mass., in the winter of 2019, let’s just say I was dubious that he would be this good with the Avalanche. My memories of that day are more of the huge snowstorm that hit Amherst that day, not of my sit-down conversation with Cale. I had to drive about 70 miles back to my buddy Chris’s house, in Lebanon, N.H. I think I drove about 25 mph all the way back, no joke.

But, WOW. Is he good. I mean, we are sooooo blessed to be able to watch this kid every night for the Colorado Avalanche.
