Colorado snaps streaking Kings' run with 4-0 win.

“Yeah, but…”

Last night’s Avalanche-Kings game was never really in doubt… at least not after Colorado dropped three goals in the second period.

This was supposed to be a battle. Both teams came in red hot: the Avs riding an 11-1-1 stretch in their last 13 games, while LA had gone 9-1-0 in their previous 10. A marquee matchup nationally televised and hyped to deliver. 

And it did — if you’re an Avalanche fan because you witnessed a 4-0 victory.
